StreetDelivery Inc. takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of StreetDelivery:

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. StreetDelivery is not assessed with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Not assessed means that the content has not been evaluated or the evaluation results are not available.

No accessibility requirements have been implemented outside of the WCAG 2.1 Standard.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

StreetDelivery is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

• Integration with Amazon Web Services to provide / distribute media to clients of StreetDelivery.
• Our application runs on all MODERN Browsers. As we do not test on legacy browsers we cannot guarantee full functionality of the StreetDelivery application. A compatibility notice is visible inside the application.
• Integration of Google Map API to log and access location information provided by users of the StreetDelivery Application.
• The backend of the StreetDelivery Application is built with PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, HTML. The Application is Hosted using Amazon Web Services Elastic Compute instances as well as other AWS services for email generation/sending (SES) as well as asset storage (S3).
• All major Operating systems are supported.

StreetDelivery is not compatible with:

• To allow for maximum security and quality we do not support IE9 or browsers of similar age.
• Due to the dated nature of our Application (Prior to full rewrite) we are unable to effectively support newer versions of PHP.

Accessibility of StreetDelivery relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of StreetDelivery , there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for StreetDelivery:

1. Form inputs: Form outputs may not have labels to allow the use of screen readers because Due to the legacy nature of the application the integration was overlook in intial development.
